Procedure:

  1. Prepare the Filling:
  • Stir-fry the diced onion until translucent.
  • Add Green Harvest Corned Beef and cook until the water evaporates.
  • The corned beef should be dry. Let it cool and set it aside.
  1. Prepare the Rice Mixture:
  • Wet your hands with water.
  • Take a handful of mixed rice and flatten it in your palm.
  • Add a spoonful of the cooked corned beef filling to the center of the rice.
  • Cover the filling with another handful of rice.
  • Shape it into a ball, and then slowly mold it into a triangle.
  • Top the onigiri with shredded corned beef for added color.
